Leona took her dog Chase to Blenheim last week for a talk at a Green Leader meeting for 13-14 year-olds, who participate in environmental projects in the community.

Great to see young people meeting up, to plan their next conservation efforts. We hope to get them on a trip out here to Tui later this year as well. The more people involved in conservation the better!

If there are more schools or groups interested to hear Leona talk about her conservation work on the reserve and the work she is doing with her dogs to detect predators, we like to hear from you.
